DESCRIPTION:Spring Term: 24 April – 29 May \nCrate’s bars and events manager\, Natalie\, will be leading a Spring term of six weeks of yoga classes – one for teens\, a mixed class and a class for men on Wednesday evenings. \nWith 17+ years experience of practice and a variety of approaches to yoga and meditation\, this class is a mixed bag suitable for all levels. \nLimited places – email to save your space: crateyoga@gmail.com. \n4.30-5.15 Teens (14-17 year olds) drop-in £7 / x3 class bundle £15 \n5.45-6.45 Mixed class (18+) drop-in £10 /  x3 class bundle £25 \nClass bundles are valid across terms. \nEarn a free class if you introduce a friend and they attend x3 sessions. \nCafe drinks available in between sessions. \nEmail crateyoga@gmail.com for information. \nSummer Term: 12 June – 17 July
