With 18+ years experience of practice and a variety of approaches to yoga and meditation, this class is a mixed bag suitable for all levels.

Join us for summertime music - DJ sets or live music - every Saturday in August.
Mike Fry is a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter from Chichester. He plays piano, guitar, harmonica, and many more. An expert in many styles, Mike is headlining the Quay West Stage on Thursday at this year's Wickham festival.
