Spring Term: 24 April - 29 May Crate's bars and events manager, Natalie, will be leading a Spring term of six weeks of yoga classes - one for teens, a mixed class and a class for men on Wednesday evenings. With 17+ years experience of practice and a variety of approaches to yoga and meditation, this class is a mixed bag suitable for all levels. Classes on Wednesday 24 April are free.
